How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. To cancel, open your iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → find Kodesh and tap Cancel. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

My AI insights aren't working

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used when you first subscribed. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically.

Where is my reading data stored?

All your personal data — highlights, progress, journal entries — is stored in your iCloud account. It is never on our servers. To back it up or transfer it, ensure iCloud is enabled for Kodesh in your iPhone Settings → [your name] → iCloud.

Can I request a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
